Has over 14 years of experience in HR profession, Labour Laws Compliance, Social Compliance, Safety Management, Environment, CSR Management and General Management System.

Has exposure to various industries viz.,Apparels, Textiles and Engineering sectors and involved in Management consulting for Certification processes, Implementation of Social Compliance & Legal Compliance, ESI & EPF Consulting, conducting Safety & HR Audits, Advising on Labour Laws and providing training programmes etc.,

Qualification :

• Master Degree in Social Work (MSW - PM & IR). PSG College of Arts & Science, Coimbatore
• Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA - HR). Alagappa University, Tamilnadu
• Diploma in Industry Safety (DIS) Annamalai University, Tamilnadu
• Done Lead Auditor Course - ISO 9001 (GIC, India)
